Excursion

This Week I was with all the other international student from the school on a Excursion.
First we drive in the Wildlife Park were we feed Kangaroos an cuddel Koalas after we drive to Hahndorf a very old german town and than we go to a toy Factory.On Day later was the Birthday from my Hostdad.
We go all together in a Museeum and after we go out for a dinner. In the Museeum we learn more about the Animal World and the Aborigials in Australia.
As I see a model from a real shark I was very shocked because he was over 8m long and very big.

The Dinner after was very nice and very funny. On the next Day I was shopping with my Best Friend here.
We go into the big shopping centre and have much fun. But I have the feeling that I spend to much money here because I buy by every shopping to much new things.

My first Australian BBQ

This Week I was driving with Helena and her Hostmum to Port Augusta were we visit her Friends to have a real Australian BBQ. It was very hot on this Day and as we have the BBQ it was still very warm.
The onlyst Proplem was that I am Vegetarian and it gives basically meat by BBQ .But I eat the Salads and other fixings. The other People were very nice and we have much fun bevore it beginns to rain and we all go inside. After we go to Fiona Parents were we stay over night. They have a dog were is cued but a little monster because I have every where scratches from him. As we would sleep he always jump on my bed and lecking my face. Than I allways stand up and lock him out in a other room. But when someone go to the toilett in the night he allways came back and wake us up :(
On the next Day were we was a little bit tired we go to a tower were you can look over the hole city.

It was very amazing .Later Helenas Hostmum drive us into the city were we go shopping.

This Week I was Waterskiing with my Family again. It was hotter as the Week bevore and I get a very bad Sunburn after. My Hostdad let me drive his Jetzki and it was very much fun when you fly over the waves and drive in a circle. On Day later I was on the beach with my Friends again. My hostsister also comes with us and we have very much fun there. After this very exellent beach Day we was shopping in the Shops in Front of the Beach.

Waterski

This weekend was one of my faforite Weekends. On Saturday I was in China Town. There is it very nice. You can buy traditional chinese food or other chinese stuff. Most of the people there chinese people but also very much tourists. In the middle of the town is a big market were you can buy fresh fruits and fresh fish or other stuff. After we was in the city and shopping on the Patchen Day. That is a tradittional Christmas Day and a big pageant was in the city .All the stores was decoratet with all the christmas stuff it look all so beautiful. On one store ,a very big house, is a Santa Clause were is so big how the store. I like it but I think its so crazy to have a hot christmas .On Day later we was Waterskiing on the river.First I was drive a few rounds on the Jetzki with my Hostdad and after I drive on the Tube. That is a round air cushionand full wit air and throu a rope with the Jetzki alignet. On the Tube you can lie with a other person and it was very hard to stay on the Tube when the Jetzki drive into a circle. It was very funny and I hope we do it again ;) .When you feel into then you must climbing back on the tube it was very hard. Most of the Time when you was on the Tube and happy then you feel back into the Water because the Tube was sinking

Beach & Co

This Week was very good .On Saturday I was with my Hostfamily by a Wildlife Park near by Adelaide.

It was very cool. First we go to cuddle a Koala and than we walk through the park.

In the petting zoo was a very funny parakeet. When you say Hello than he immitate you and when you say dance than he begin to dance on his antler. The Monkeys always stolen the Sunglasses from my Hostdad and when you do your Fingerrs to near to the cage than they trying to bite you. After this we go to the Wallabys and feed them.Wallabys are very small Kangoroos. They all was sooooo sweet.

 When you not fast enough with the food to feed them than they stolem your food or beset you. Much of the Wallabies there was Albinos and they have very soft coat. Sometimes you see in the bag from the mothers little babys sometimes only one fod or the nose. But the little Wallabies was bashfull to come and begging for food. When you come to near to the little Babys than the jump in the bag from her mums.

We also see Kangoroos and Wombats and feed them all .It was a very nice Day.

One Day later on Sunday I was gone with my Friends to the Beach. The weather was not so nice but we jump into the sea and swimming. It was very funny and it was a very cool Day. Than we was shopping in the shops near by the sea. Finally we buy a very big ice cream .This was the best ice cream I ever eat.

My Birthday

This Week I was  in a Surf Camp for three days where I learned to Surf ,Sailing and other cool water Sports.
Port Vincent this is the Beach were we stay the three days is a very nice place.
We sleep in small Cabins and the other two Girls in my Room were very nice. On the first day we were Kayaking and Windsurfing .Kayaking was very funny but I dont like Windsurfing. I always blew out to Sea and didn't know how to come back. After I was very far out to sea a woman with motor boat came and brought me back to the coast. The next Day we were only Surfing and it was the best Day ever.
It was so cool and I was the second one who was standing on the Board. After the Lunch on the Beach a few Dolphins came and swimm with us.
It was soooooo cool. One of the Dolphins was only one meter afar. This was my absolute favorite Day.
The next Day was my Birthday and all the people were very nice. After sailing and kneeboarding ,very much fun, the teacher who acompany us buy a cake for me and all the Girls sing.
 On the same Day I drive back to Adelaide to my Hostfamily. They give me a present a very nice necklace with a L. On the next Day my Hosfamily and my Sister go to a Birthday meal with me. It was very funny and after they buy a cake for me and sing it was a very nice Birthday.

The wrong bus

This week was very exciting because Heli and me were driving home with the wrong bus after shopping with our friends. And when we went out of the bus we were standing in a park and didn`t know where we are.
During this day it was raining and we were only dressed with a skirt and a t-shirt . After  asking  a few people  which all said, that it would be a very long way to walk to my hostfamilys house, we decided to phone my host mum.
But when we turned the Handy on, the akku was empty.By now it was very strong rainingand all our clothes were wet. But we didn`t have a phone and so we had to walk. Then we  saw a man  standing in front of his house .
when we asked him how long it would take to walk to the place where I am living he said ,that he would drive us home. He told us that he and his wife do often have international students.
One of his students , a chinese man , got lost one day, but he didn`t trust to ask somebody. At midnight a police man found him and drived him home.
That was with distance the most exciting thing in this week.
On Saturday I went with my host family to Hahndorf .
This is the oldest German village here in australia. It was so funny because in this village you can buy Cukooclocks and traditional german food.
But we didn`t  eat the German food - We buyed  in a fast food restaurant a Burger and a few Chips. After this we went to a chocolate factory where you can buy big chocolate letters or colosall bags full with chocolate
There we buy the chocolate hoard for the next two months ;)
Next Week I will go to a surf camp where I will learn surfing and a few other cool water sports.

My first School Week

 

My Hostfamily My new hostfamily is very nice. They have a daugther called Madeleine, a son called Samuel and a dog called Honey. She (the dog) eats allmost the leavings from the dinner. The dinner here called Tea but I dont know why. They are very friendly and courteous. In the garden they have a swimmingpool and in the caport they have a jetsky. Much less the four TV sets here. On of the TVs crooked in the Garden and when you swimm in the pool you can watch TV. This week was my first school week here in Australia. It was very interesting to see the differents to Germany. The first thing is the scool uniform .As whe have baught it the skirt goes over ouer knees but it was looking horible and then we cut it up. Yet the skirt is ending over the knees. Here in Australia you can choose your lessons. On my school you have four compulsory subjects: Science, English, Math and Sose. But you can choose three subjects, which you will do. My choosen subjects are PE- this is Sports were we play Gulf in this Time, Music and Art. In Music they were all very amazed that I play Harph and they will extra charter a Harph from a Music Shop .But by the Harph comes I must sing although I have say that I sing very horrible. I have found a few new friends here. On girl comes from France and is very nice. I met two german girls and one girl from China and one from Corea. On the weekend I was on a Boatshow with my Hostfamily . And on the other day I was shopping in the shopping Center were I buy me a new shorts.
